Are these activities for everyone?
We have activities for almost everyone, but they all require you to be healthy and be able to walk well. People with heart, knee, back, joint problems, respiratory diseases, obesity or any condition that could affect their performance during the tour will not be allowed for safety purposes. Also, people under the effects of alcohol or any other drug will not be allowed to participate.
Should I be fit for your activities?
It all depends on which activity you pick. We have a difficulty rating page that can help you choose the correct adventure for you. From adventures for every family member to extreme adventures only for the more fit people. Please visit our adventures page to pick the right one for you.
What clothing attire should I wear?
Each adventure has different specifications on proper clothing attire. But most of our activities only require average exercise clothes, for example: leggings (preferably at least knee length, and a t-shirt.
How dangerous are these activities?
This activities are extremely dangerous and should not be attempted without the help of professionals. We check all gear conditions before each tour; we also check weather and other issues that can risk our participant’s safety.
How long do the excursions last?
On average, from 3 to 6 hours depending on the group size, specific adventure and overall group physical condition.
What is the minimum age to participate?
The minimum age to participate varies between adventures, from 7 to 12 years. Carefully read all the details and restrictions for the activities you are interested in.
What is the maximum group size?
To ensure minimal environmental impact and to ensure safety, the maximum size allowed for adventures is 12 to 20 people per tour depending on the activity. Some activities have additional restrictions for safety reasons.

Do yo offer transportation?
Yes we do. Transportation services are quoted apart. But we hardly recommend for tourist to rent a car if spending some time in the Island.
What are the rates?
Our rates depend mostly on the adventure you pick. They go from $55.00 to $130.00. Ask for groups discounts and season specials.
Can I bring a camera?
Yes, you can bring a camera at your own risk. It is possible to lose, damage or break it. We recommend water/shock proof cameras.
Are the pictures free of charge?
Some special promotions do include free pictures. For regular rates the pictures with a DSLR are offered for an extra cost. If you’re interested in pictures, please ask for a quote that includes the extra fee.
What happens if the tour gets canceled?
If the adventure needs to be cancelled due to weather or other dangers, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible. You can also reschedule your date.
It’s in our best interest to satisfy our customers to the fullest, that is why we allow them to cancel within a certain period of time. Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the day of the activity will receive a full refund; 3 days prior receive 75%; if you cancel less than 3 days before no refund will be issued.
Planing ahead is one of the first priorities when it comes to safety. Weather conditions are constantly being monitored before each tour. Also, all gear and equipment is inspected before and after each tour.
Spaces are limited, specially on week ends and during high season. So we recommend booking your adventure at least 2 or 3 weeks prior to assure your preferred date.
